CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect the time of our stylists and other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service total. • No-shows (failing to show up for your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. All fees must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!
